You choose the duration — six months, one year, three years or permanent — and 1xbat will close your account for that period with no ability to reopen it early under any circumstances.

During self-exclusion your balance is held securely. At the end of the exclusion period (for non-permanent exclusions) you may contact support to have it returned, or reactivate your account with no penalty.
