These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 1xbat and all services offered on the platform. Please read them carefully. By registering or placing a bet on 1xbat, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause below.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xbat. Using or accessing any part of the 1xbat platform — including browsing, registering an account or placing a single bet — constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who register, access or use the 1xbat platform in any capacity. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 1xbat. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.
By creating an account on 1xbat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have that person's express authorisation and that the same eligibility conditions apply to them.
These Terms are written in English (en-PK) for the benefit of Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version governs. Translations provided elsewhere on the platform are for convenience only.
1xbat strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Identity documents may be requested at any time to verify age. Accounts found to be held by under-18s are closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Each player may hold only one 1xbat account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.
All transactions on 1xbat are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on user balances.
1xbat may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically.
To use 1xbat, you must meet the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to meet any one of these conditions means you are not permitted to use the platform.
1xbat reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address or source-of-funds information. Accounts that cannot satisfy these verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending resolution.
To access the full range of 1xbat's services, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid mobile number and a secure password of your choosing. You must not use fictitious names, someone else's identity or deliberately inaccurate information at any point during registration or thereafter.
Each person is entitled to hold one account on 1xbat. If we detect that a single individual has created or is operating more than one account — whether under their own name or under aliases — we reserve the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses obtained through the additional accounts and, in cases of deliberate abuse, suspend all associated accounts permanently.
Your login credentials — your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication code — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. 1xbat will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone call. Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials is not the liability of 1xbat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
1xbat may at its discretion require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain account features. Documents requested may include a copy of your CNIC or passport and, where applicable, a utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Submitting falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
1xbat accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. 1xbat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the registered player's identity, it will be returned and may trigger an account review. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider — 1xbat does not absorb third-party transaction costs.
All deposited funds are held separately from 1xbat's operational funds. Your PKR balance on the platform represents real money that is accessible to you subject to these Terms. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. There is no expiry on an account balance as long as the account remains active and in good standing.
Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, and always to an account registered in the player's own name.
1xbat does not charge a withdrawal fee on our side. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges; those are outside 1xbat's control. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts significantly above a player's typical pattern. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals. Cooperation with verification requests speeds up the process. A withdrawal may be declined or held if the account has an unresolved KYC requirement, an active self-exclusion, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
1xbat offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Refer a Friend programme on 1xbat rewards both the referring player and the new player upon successful registration and qualifying deposit by the referred player. Referral bonuses are subject to the same wagering conditions as other promotional bonuses. Self-referrals or referrals of existing accounts using new email addresses are not eligible and will be voided.
All bets placed on 1xbat — whether on cricket, other sports or any other betting market — are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual markets may be found within the relevant section of the platform.
A bet is accepted and binding when it has been confirmed by the 1xbat system and assigned a bet ID. Verbal or typed intentions to bet that have not been formally confirmed by the system do not constitute a binding bet. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except through any cash-out or partial cash-out feature where offered.
In the event of an obvious error in the displayed odds — including but not limited to cases where odds were clearly entered incorrectly by data providers — 1xbat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. 1xbat will notify affected players of such voidings. Decisions on obvious errors are made at 1xbat's discretion but will be applied consistently and without targeting individual players.
In-play betting markets are subject to brief delays between a real-world event occurring and the odds updating on the platform. 1xbat cannot guarantee that in-play odds reflect the exact current state of a match at the moment of bet placement. We reserve the right to void bets placed after a market-decisive event has occurred where system latency prevented the timely closure of that market.
1xbat offers live casino games including Teen Patti and Roulette, crash games including Aviator, JetX and Spaceman, and other game titles. All casino and game products are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The results of these games are determined either by certified random number generators or by live dealer actions on physical game equipment, depending on the product type.
Crash games on 1xbat use provably fair algorithms. After each round concludes, players can verify the fairness of that specific round's outcome using the hash and seed data provided within the game interface. 1xbat does not modify or intervene in any game outcome. Any malfunction of the game software that results in an erroneous payout or display is reported to the game provider. Winnings generated by a software malfunction that is verifiably not the intended game outcome may be voided and returned to the platform balance pending investigation.
The house edge for each game type is published within the respective game section on 1xbat. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games reflect long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Players acknowledge that casino games are games of chance and that past performance has no bearing on future results.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbat. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity faces immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.
1xbat reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable period; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request.
Where an account is closed by 1xbat due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account will be forfeited unless 1xbat determines in its sole discretion that a partial or full refund is appropriate. Where closure is due to unresolved identity verification, the balance will be held pending successful verification and released upon confirmation of identity.
If you wish to close your own 1xbat account voluntarily, contact support via live chat. Your account will be closed and any available balance above Rs 200 will be returned to your registered payment method within three business days. Balances below Rs 200 at the time of closure are not refundable due to minimum transaction thresholds.
An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive calendar months without any login, deposit or bet. 1xbat will notify the registered mobile number before applying an inactivity fee of Rs 100 per month. If the balance reaches zero through inactivity fees, the account is closed automatically. Logging in resets the inactivity clock.
1xbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that online gaming can become problematic for some players and we take our obligations in this area seriously. All players are encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment and to set clear personal limits before each session.
1xbat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be set for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent closure and will take effect within 24 hours of the request. During a self-exclusion period, a player may not register a new account or use any workaround to access 1xbat's services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbat's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited on the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1xbat is not liable for: losses arising from events outside our reasonable control (including network outages, payment provider failures or force majeure events); losses resulting from your breach of these Terms; any indirect, consequential or special damages; or any loss of profits, gaming opportunities or reputation. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
1xbat may amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the mobile number on file and/or by displaying a notice on the platform. Minor amendments — such as clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision — may be made without individual notification.
Continued use of 1xbat after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
